Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is an examination for admission to engineering institutions and other professional colleges affiliated in Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh (AKTU) is the examination conducting authority of the UPSEE to conduct and supervise the state entrance examination for all the colleges affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh.
Update: Uttar Pradesh State government has announced that UPSEE exams are to be scrapped from 2021. Students can appear JEE main for admission into the state’s colleges.

Eligibility
- There is no upper age limit to be eligible for UPSEE examination.
- The candidates must have passed the 10+2 level examination or equivalent in any government recognized institutions within or outside Uttar Pradesh
- The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with the following compulsory subjects and any one of the optional subject to be eligible to apply for the said Course.
