My Healthy Lifestyle Essay: A healthy lifestyle is important for you to be happy in life. Having a healthy lifestyle is more of a privilege in Life because it will garner you healthy life free from major diseases. My Healthy Lifestyle is the reason for my energy and happiness. I do daily exercise, eat only healthy food, and meditate for my well-being. Having good mental health is as important as physical health.
Go to Bed Early
Good Sleep is vital for good health. Research shows that humans must sleep for at least 8 hrs a day. Going to bed early is a part of my healthy lifestyle. It provides me with enough rest after a tiring day. Having a good sleep at night will give you ample energy to carry out day-day activities. Sleep deprivation can do more harm to our bodies and mind.
Waking up Early:
My Day Starts at 5 Am in the morning. Waking up early is more beneficial for us. If you wake up early in the morning, you will have extra few hours of time every day. You can use those extra time for improving yourself. Like with that time, you can do exercise, read a book or newspaper or work on your hobby. I spend the early hours of my day doing exercise, yoga, painting and conversing with my parents and my brother and I also study for some time in the early morning.
Physical Exercise and Health are inseparable. Physical Exercise is a part of my daily routine. Soon after waking up in the morning, I go to the toilet, brush my teeth, freshen up and sit to meditate for a few minutes. After that, I will be ready to go out for exercise. I do varied physical activities each day to keep myself fit and healthy. I go for a nice jog in the playground and play jump rope, and after that, I will attend basketball training.
Eat Healthy Food:
Healthy eating habit is essential for good health. I eat only home-prepared food. I avoid eating outside food because they are not hygienic and not good for our health. We need to eat a balanced diet to achieve good health. A balanced diet will have the right amounts of macronutrients and micronutrients in it. Macronutrients are proteins, carbohydrates and fats that our body requires in higher amounts. Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals present in small amounts in food that are crucial for important functions in our body.
My diet will include vegetables, fruits, eggs, healthy grains, milk, and meat. I avoid sugary foods because they are bad for my health.
Avoid bad habits:
Keeping away from bad habits is important is be on track with a healthy lifestyle. Bad habits are not only harmful to us but also to the people around us. I never indulge in any of the bad habits. These include smoking, drinking, eating unhealthy, gambling, hurting others and any other things which are not good for me and society.
Overall having a healthy lifestyle is very beneficial. It will help you live a longer and happier life. A healthy lifestyle will keep you stay afloat from life-threatening diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer heart disease, etc.
