- External affairs minister S Jaishankar will host the third edition of the India-Central Asia Dialogue in New Delhi from today December 18, 2021, which will be attended by foreign ministers of five countries – Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan – according to the foreign ministry.
- This is a three day event which will start today and end on Monday December 20, 2021.
- The dignataries will discuss about strengething relations, trade and developmet cooperation and there will be special discussion on Afghanistan.
- The leaders from these five nations have already been invited by India to participate as a chief guest in the upcoming republic day parade 2021.
