Inflammation

Indigestion occurs due to inadequate function of the digestive system. If the food is not digested correctly, it can cause a feeling of fullness, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Some of the common causes of indigestion are inadequate digestive enzyme secretion in the body, anxiety, food poisoning, overeating and spicy food.
