The 2k19-20 and ongoing coronavirus outbreak, WHO declared it as a Pandemic and named it’s as “COVID-19” a viral disease that has been spread to wherever where humans beings exist. coronavirus is an invisible monster that was blown out from a small humble town of China namely Wuhan. It sees no partiality, no face value. For Them, Humans are Humans, no matter what their educational or financial status. From a rag to riches, normal citizen to the president of the country, anyone can be attacked by the coronavirus.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a communicable disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Coronavirus belongs to the group of RNA viruses. They mainly cause respiratory infection which can range from mild to very extreme causing death. Despite there is no direct treatment available to the COVID-19 syndrome, Doctors are treating COVID-19 patients symptomatically. Young and otherwise healthy individuals without comorbidities easily get away from COVID-19, fighting off the infection with their natural immunity or taking supportive medical treatment. People older than age 60 and People with comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, heart, and kidney diseases are more susceptible to more serious complications even death.

The SARS-COV-2 Virus is suspected to have originated from the wet market in Wuhan where exotic wild animals are sold for meat such as Bats, from there the virus is reportedly transferred to the people thronging the wet market and by them gradually spread to the other parts of the world. So far, the coronavirus has killed close to 1 million people all over the world and infected close to 30 million people and counting.

How Corona virus spreads?

The SARS-COV-2 Virus is transmitting through air droplets from the infected person. So the infected Person spreads the virus by sneezing, coughing, and by physical contacts such as a handshake or a hug. WHO has advised individuals to not have any type of physical contact with others to break or control the rapid chain of virus transmission. Many countries have made social distancing and mask mandatory to its citizen to contain the virus outbreak.

How to protect ourselves from the coronavirus?

If we follow the following advisory recommended by WHO, We can protect ourselves and our family the SARS-COV2 Coronavirus,

  1. Maintain Social distancing in public places.
  2. Always wear a mask.
  3. Eat immune-boosting foods.
  4. Drink Plenty of water.
  5. Exercise and Stay fit.

What coronavirus teaches humanity?

Moreover, the coronavirus outbreak has made people realize the purpose of their lives. It has provided people an opportunity to slow down and rethink the purpose of life. Health is the greatest wealth an individual can possess. Without health, we can enjoy our life to the fullest. The coronavirus outbreak has thrown a light on the ongoing human-animal conflict, Human beings have been destroying wildlife lives and their place for food and accommodation. Environmentalists believe that the Coronavirus outbreak is nature’s way of teaching human beings what they are doing for animals is wrong. We should take lessons from nature and should coexist with other creatures of the earth with harmony.
