Air Pollution can be classified into two types, they are natural pollution and man-made pollution. Volcanic eruption is a prime example of natural air pollution. When a volcano erupts, a huge amount of harmful gases will emit from them which will directly affect the surrounding air quality.

In today’s world, man-made air pollution is an endless affair. From cooking food to commuting in a vehicle, many of our simple day-to-day activities cause air pollution. In addition to that, industrial emissions and vehicle emissions are the greater contributors to the pollution menace.

Air pollution depletes the quality of naturally available oxygenated air which is essential life support for all living beings on earth. On top of that, It is also contaminated by dangerous air pollutants such as carbon monoxide, Sulfur dioxide, ozone, nitrogen oxides, lead, which are extremely toxic to the lives on earth and also the environment.
