AIBE 2023 will be conducted on 5th February 2023. All India Bar Examination also known as AIBE is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India. Law graduates take AIBE exam to obtain the Certificate of Practice to carry out the legal profession in India.
The candidates who pass the All India Bar Examination with qualifying marks will be provided with the practice certificate by the Bar Council of India. AIBE 2023 Application Fee
- For General/ OBC Candidates, the application fee is Rs. 3560.
- For ST/SC candidates, the application fee is Rs. 2560.
- Candidates can pay the AIBE 2023 application fee online and by SBI bank Challan.
AIBE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The following are the AIBE eligibility criteria for the examination:
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- Candidates should have completed 3 years or 5 years of LLB Degree from BCI recognized law school.
- No minimum marks criterion or age limit is prescribed to be eligible for AIBE.
- The candidate must be enrolled with the state bar council. He/ she must hold an advocate enrollment card issued by the State Bar Council.

Is it mandatory to pass the AIBE exam?
It is mandatory for Law graduates to clear the AIBE exam to practice law in Indian Courts. Candidates who pass the AIBE exam with qualifying marks can obtain a Certificate of Practice. Without obtaining a Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of India, one cannot practice law in Indian courts.
