AIBE 2023 Application Fee
- For General/ OBC Candidates, the application fee is Rs. 3560.
- For ST/SC candidates, the application fee is Rs. 2560.
- Candidates can pay the AIBE 2023 application fee online and by SBI bank Challan.
AIBE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The following are the AIBE eligibility criteria for the examination:
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- Candidates should have completed 3 years or 5 years of LLB Degree from BCI recognized law school.
- No minimum marks criterion or age limit is prescribed to be eligible for AIBE.
- The candidate must be enrolled with the state bar council. He/ she must hold an advocate enrollment card issued by the State Bar Council.

It is mandatory for Law graduates to clear the AIBE exam to practice law in Indian Courts. Candidates who pass the AIBE exam with qualifying marks can obtain a Certificate of Practice.
